Vanilla Snowman Cupcakes

Sweater Weather Is Finally Upon Us!With Christmas around the corner, we decided to whip up one of our favorite cupcake recipes! Now, what makes these cupcakes so amazing? We make them full of glitter, love, and a dash of cinnamon. This recipe is the perfect guide to making the absolute best cupcakes, tasteful and moist.

This is an easy cupcake recipe that will leave you and your guests begging for more! Knowing us, we had to take this opportunity to dress up our cupcakes with our snowman cupcake liners and our Soft Blue Tinker Dust. Maybe even some Purple Purple Luster Dust, too!

INGREDIENTS
1 c. (2 sticks) butter softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 large eggs, 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. kosher salt, 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350° and line two muffin tins with our white liners. In a large bowl using a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer) beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix until combined. Don't forget the pinch of cinnamon!

In another large bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating until just combined. Pour in the milk and mix until it is fully incorporated. Add the remaining dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter. Bake until slightly golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

Remove from the pan and let cool completely then frost with the desired frosting. If you want to spice up your frosting, mix in some tinker dust to give it a sparkling highlight and a touch of color. Bakell really does make everything better.

Now, here's the fun part. Plop the cupcake in the snowman liner and voila! You have some adorable cupcakes.
