Important Information
During special sales events our warehouse will be working around the clock but processing and turnaround time will be longer than usual. Expect 3-4 day processing time + shipping time. No expedited processing exceptions will be made during the Holiday Sale rush.

Discount
The discount will be applied to the regular retail price.

Discount Codes on Wholesale & Private Label products
Bakell LLC (www.bakell.com) offers the most inclusive wholesale and private label program in the industry whereas there is no MOQ. We've set up our "business-to-business" pricing model to include wholesale products at cost and that range anywhere from 50% to 80% off our retail price to ensure that we offer our business partners, distributors and retail partners the best wholesale prices. Accordingly, please note that promotional discount codes cannot be applied to any of our wholesale and/or private label products & orders. In the event that a promotional code is used and/ or applied to an order where there are wholesale and/ or private label products listed as part of the order, the discount amount applied to said products will be removed and refunded. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on this exclusion.

Bakell LLC hereby reserves the right to remove the unauthorized discount(s) applied by the customer at checkout and a member of our Sales Support Team will reach out directly to inform you of the policy and the refunded amount.

Shipping Timelines And Delays
We have put extra measures in place to meet the high demand of shipping orders daily. Our team works around the clock with various shipping carriers to ensure all orders are processed & sent out in a timely manner. However, there may be some delays in dispatch times due to the high volume of orders coming through our website. We do not guarantee the delivery of packages as we are not a logistics/ delivery company, we rely on our shipping partners to finalize order delivery when our company makes the order hand off. We use/ rely on shipping carriers such as; Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx

Free Shipping Policy
Our "$65 Free shipping" policy ONLY APPLIES to orders placed on our website and that are being delivered to a US business or residential address in the lower 48 US states. Please note, that when taking advantage of the FREE shipping offer, we use a "non-time guaranteed ground" shipping service and the timeliness of the delivery is a non-guaranteed one. If you have a RUSH on an order, please instead choose a "priority" shipping service by a shipping carrier you trust. Please note however, conditions may apply and do apply to all custom-sourced product(s), adhoc/ specialty projects, custom private label products and/ or any other adhoc custom projects. Additionally, free shipping is not included on any order that requires freight and/ or pallets as a form of shipping method due to excessive size, weight or bulk of said order. Please read below for further details

Free Shipping DOES NOT APPLY to any international orders and/ or international address whether the $65 threshold is met or not. Free shipping only applies to US residential addresses. As much as the company would love to offer FREE SHIPPING to all customers across the globe via a FREE international shipping service (as we have thousands and thousands of customers who purchase from our website across the globe), unfortunately shipping carriers have not made pricing inexpensive enough to do so and we do not have enough margin in our products to absorb the cost of freight and/ or international shipping delivery costs. Hopefully shipping carriers will lower the international shipping costs in the future at which we may be able to do offer such a promotion.  

For Wholesale, Custom Label, Custom Adhoc project Customers - Free Shipping is not included and does not apply to any custom-sourced product(s), adhoc/ specialty projects, custom private label products and/ or any other adhoc custom projects. Additionally, free shipping is not included on any order that requires freight and/ or pallets as a form of shipping method due to excessive size, weight or bulk of said order.

Sprinkles purchased in quantities of 100 lbs. and up are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Please Note - Bakell LLC and it’s subsidiarity brands have no control of the cost of any shipping/ rates as they are dictated by the shipping vendor and domestic/ global market and therefore the cost of shipping and the shipping rates can change frequently.

Shipping Late Times Related to Covid19 Impact
Please note that all shipping times are estimates. Due to the carriers being understaffed and overwhelmed by the massive increase in volume due to COVID19, Bakell is unable to refund shipping costs at this time.

Promo Code
To obtain the discount you must enter a valid promotional code when purchasing, you must enter your code when prompted in checkout, prior to placing your order. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other brand or partner websites. 

If you proceed to checkout without using the discount code, unfortunately we will not refund you.

Online Offer
Route to purchase products with the campaign discounts is via the website only: https://bakell.com. We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of these offers during the promotional period.

Free Gift Promotions
Please note that all Free Gift Promotions are one per/customer AND one per/order provided that the order meets the criteria for said promotion. Any challenge to this policy will result in a member of our team reaching out to notify you that your order has been modified.

Orders
There will be no price adjustments made to orders placed before/after the sale.
Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed
We cannot accommodate any changes to orders once they are placed - including size or address changes
We cannot combine orders for any reason, including reaching a higher discount tier

Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).

Cancellations on Standard Products & Orders
We cannot accept any order cancellations -- All special event sales and/ orders are FINAL - (no returns or exchanges will be accepted) 

Cancellation Policy on Custom Projects, Wholesale Orders, Private Label Orders & Bulk Sizes Orders
ALL wholesale orders, custom project orders, private label orders and/ or bulk sized/ large orders (ie, wholesale and/ or private label products ordered by the case, custom projects and orders) placed by a customer and/ or business are considered final once the order is placed and payment has cleared. We do allow a 3 business day grace period after the order is placed where the customer/ business can submit a request to cancel and/ or change their order. After 3 business days, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made. No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued. After 3 business days, all orders are automatically moved into our company's manufacturing, scheduling and production queues. As such, we will not refund any custom project, bulk order, wholesale order and/ or private label order as we have over 300+ wholesale/ custom orders being managed in any given month. Please work with your Bakell sales representative on getting your questions answered and working through the details of the project during the initial discovery process/ scope of project and other specifics such as; specific delivery timelines, meeting particular deadlines, invoice/ pricing information and all other project and/ or details prior to placing your wholesale order/ custom project order/ private label order or any combination thereof, as cancellations and refund options are null and void after the order is placed. No exceptions will be made. Understanding our terms and conditions, policies and statements are the sole responsibility of the buyer and consumer. No responsibility shall fall on any single sales representative or any other communication mechanism as all of the terms and conditions are clearly stated here and made public on our company website under our FAQ navigation menu, under the terms and conditions.

When ordering wholesale and/ or private label by the case where the weight volume exceeds certain/ particular weight requirements, than freight shipping costs may apply and FREE shipping is null and void.

Price includes FREE shipping/ freight costs up to 1 location per/ order in the USA.

For international orders shipping/ freight is not included.

There can be a "3-4 week lead time (or more depending on the size/ volume of the order)" on all private label, wholesale and/ or bulk orders to properly set up shipping/ freight/ allow for QA time/ and fulfill the order. Please note, during peak seasons, holiday rush, or if the order requires special attention or requirements the lead time could be longer. Please also note, the "3-4 week lead time" called out is not a guarantee, it is just a general range for most wholesale and/ or bulk orders - for the most current and accurate lead times for any wholesale, private label, custom project and/ or BULK container order, please consult with our sales team. Returns
During special sales events we will not accept returns, all sales are final.
We will not accept previous sold products/ orders as returns in order to take advantage of special sales events.
All order and/ or sales related to special sales events are FINAL - (no returns or exchanges)
