A. Promotional coupon or discount codes may not work for all products or brands. Some items are already advertised at the minimum allowed price, and additional discounting may not apply.

B. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

C. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the following order types under any circumstances: Bulk, wholesale, and/or private-label product orders. We offer our bulk, wholesale, and private-label partners pricing that typically represents 50 %–85 % off MSRP retail. Accordingly, promotional discount codes cannot be used on any bulk, wholesale, or private-label products or orders for any reason. Additionally, large-weight orders can be defined as any single order or combined shipment totaling 99 lbs or more (99 + lbs). These orders benefit from volume pricing, case pricing, or freight-tier pricing and are similarly excluded from coupon or discount code usage.

D. In the event a promotional code is used or applied to an order containing bulk, wholesale, private-label, or large-weight (99 + lbs) items, the discount amount will be removed, and our standard wholesale, bulk-tier, or private-label pricing will be re-applied.Bakell® maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized discount code use on these order types.However, this does not imply that lesser-weight orders are automatically eligible for coupon or discount use—as stated in item “C,” promotional codes cannot be applied to the following order types under any circumstances: bulk, wholesale, and/or private-label product orders. Including weight is simply another method of identifying orders where coupons or discounts are not permitted.

E. Sale or coupon codes are valid only for the dates, products, and brands explicitly stated. If a code has expired or was not intended for your product or order type, Bakell® is not obligated to honor it.

F. Free-shipping or other promotional shipping offers DO NOT apply to wholesale, private-label, bulk (99 + lbs), freight, or pallet orders. Separate terms apply for such orders.

Because we control the entire supply chain — from sourcing to production — we are able to extend deeply discounted pricing to our business-to-business and distribution partners.

When purchasing bulk, wholesale, or private-label products, customers already receive pricing that is typically 50 %–85 % off MSRP retail, ensuring that our partners, distributors, and retail accounts receive the most competitive pricing in the market.

Accordingly, please note that promotional discount codes, coupon codes, and special offers cannot be applied to any bulk, wholesale, and/or private-label products or orders for any reason.If a promotional code is entered on an order containing any of these product types, the discount amount will be removed and standard bulk, wholesale, or private-label pricing will automatically be reinstated.

Bakell® maintains a ZERO-tolerance policy for unauthorized coupon or discount code use on these order types.We reserve the right to remove, adjust, or cancel any order where unauthorized codes were applied. In such cases, a member of our Sales Support Team will reach out directly to inform you of the policy violation and provide steps to correct the issue before shipment.

HEAVY ORDERS (99 + lbs)
Promotional discount codes, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied to any order totaling 99 pounds (99 + lbs) or more — regardless of whether that order is categorized as retail, wholesale, or private label.

For clarity, “heavy-weight orders” are defined as any single order or combined shipment that meets or exceeds 99 lbs in total product weight, including but not limited to case-packed items, pallet orders, or any order requiring freight shipping.

All bulk, wholesale, private label, custom and/ or heavy-weight based orders already receive volume-based or freight-tier discounted pricing reflective of the savings associated with larger production runs. As such, they are not eligible for additional promotional or coupon-based discounts of any kind unless explicitly approved in writing by Bakell’s Sales Department prior to checkout.

Bakell.com reserves the right to change item pricing or information at any time. As a result, prices on our website may not be accurate. If an item is ordered off of the internet before we have updated our prices, the purchaser will be notified and given the option to cancel or pay the difference. If the price of an item is lowered after a purchase is made, Bakell.com will not refund the difference to the customer.

Here at Bakell our team works around the clock to make sure the most current sales and coupon codes are listed for you to find. That being said, we have a HUGE website and sometimes coupon codes get left up after they are no longer valid. If a sale has ended, Bakell is not required to honor any coupon codes associated with that sale. A sure way to check if a sale has ended is by checking the launch and end date in the welcome message! Also, staying up to date by signing up for our e-mail list is the best way to stay current on our amazing deals so you don't miss a thing! 

For general consumer orders Free shipping in the US will apply to orders over $65 in the lower 48 states. Please note however, free shipping may not apply to all orders over $65. Please note however, conditions may apply and do apply to all custom-sourced product(s), adhoc/ specialty projects, custom private label products and/ or any other adhoc custom projects. Additionally, free shipping is not included on any order that requires freight and/ or pallets as a form of shipping method due to excessive size, weight or bulk of said order. For Wholesale, Custom Label, Custom Adhoc project Customers - Free Shipping is not included and does not apply to any custom-sourced product(s), adhoc/ specialty projects, custom private label products and/ or any other adhoc custom projects. Additionally, free shipping is not included on any order that requires freight and/ or pallets as a form of shipping method due to excessive size, weight or bulk of said order. Please Note - Bakell LLC and it’s subsidiarity brands have no control of the cost of any shipping/ rates as they are dictated by the shipping vendor and domestic/ global market and therefore the cost of shipping and the shipping rates can change frequently.

Please note that a promotional coupon code may not work for all brands. Some of our products are already set to the minimum price the manufacturer will allow us to advertise, as per Minimum Sell Price policy. Only one coupon code may be used per/ order.

Free shipping only applies to the USA 48 lower continental states. International shipping is not included in the advertised FREE SHIPPING. Rates for international shipping and/ or freight will be calculated during the checkout process. Additional tariffs and/or import fees may apply on orders shipped outside the U.S.

Please Note: Free Shipping Does Not Apply to any order(s) that have a weight of 99 lbs or more. Standard shipping rates or freight rates will be applied.

*Please Note* This policy includes any product, regardless of product category or product type, that is purchased in BULK in quantities with a combined weight of 99+ lbs. This weight class is not eligble for Free Shipping.

For ALL wholesale orders (ie, wholesale and/ or private label) whereas products are ordered by the case, the customer has 3 business days to cancel the order. After 3 business days, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made. After 3 business days, your order will have already moved into the scheduling & production queue thereby displacing other customer orders in the queue, labor hours have been put towards the order, production time and scheduling hours have already been put against the order - so canceling wholesale and/ or private label order products is no longer an option. No exceptions will be made.

When ordering wholesale and/ or private label by the case where the weight volume exceeds certain/ particular weight requirements, than freight shipping costs may apply and FREE shipping is null and void.

Price includes FREE shipping/ freight costs up to 1 location per/ order in the USA.

For international orders shipping/ freight is not included.

There can be a "3-4 week lead time" on all private label, wholesale and/ or bulk orders to properly set up shipping/ freight/ allow for QA time/ and fulfill the order. Please note, during peak seasons, holiday rush, or if the order requires special attention or requirements the lead time could be longer. Please also note, the "3-4 week lead time" called out is not a guarantee, it is just a general range for most wholesale and/ or bulk orders - for the most current and accurate lead times for any wholesale, private label, custom project and/ or BULK container order, please consult with our sales team. ALL wholesale orders, custom projects, custom orders, bulk orders (ie, wholesale and/ or private label products ordered by the case/ custom projects and orders) are considered final once the order is placed and payment has cleared. We do allow a 3 business day window after the order is placed where the customer can submit a request to cancel and/ or change their order. After 3 business days, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made. No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued. After 3 business days, all orders are automatically moved into our company's manufacturing, scheduling and production queues. As such, we will not refund any custom project, bulk order, wholesale order and/ or private label order as we have over 300+ wholesale/ custom orders being managed in any given month. Please work with your Bakell sales representative during the initial discovery process/ scope of project on meeting project specifics such as; specific delivery timelines, meeting particular deadlines, invoice/ pricing and all other details prior to placing your wholesale order/ custom project order/ private label order or any combination thereof as cancellations and refund options are null and void. No exceptions will be made.

When ordering wholesale and/ or private label by the case where the weight volume exceeds certain/ particular weight requirements, than freight shipping costs may apply and FREE shipping is null and void.

PLEASE NOTE (25G PUMPS WHOLESALE/ PRIVATE LABEL): When purchasing our 25g PUMPS either for branded "Wholesale and/ or Private Label" (sold by the case), all sales are final. No exchanges and/ or returns will be accepted. Regarding managing pump clogging and managing customer expectations when a PUMP isn't spraying/ working. We are aware that the nozzle on the PUMP can become clogged due to the dry powder/ ingredients becoming clogged either in the nozzle on unit, or in the hose of the pump. Similar to a strawberry chunk that gets stuck in the middle of a straw when drinking a strawberry smoothie, the same principle applies to our DRY POWDER 25g PUMPS. It is up to the wholesale customer to educate their customer how to properly clean, unclog, etc the 25G PUMP in the event a customer complains about a clogging issue or a pump not working. We will not accept returns or exchanges based on "pump's" clogging. For this item and product line specifically, "pump clogging" is a known "customer education" opportunity that is be handled by the wholesale customer. If a customer return is awarded by the wholesale customer to their customer, this is considered a cost of doing business and it is on the wholesale customer to manage their customer return process. ADDITIONAL WHOLESALE PRIVATE LABEL FAQ; 

For particular wholesale orders and/ or private label orders, the sales price "may" include FREE domestic shipping/ freight costs up to 1 location per/ order in the USA.  Please note - shipping on heavy items/ bulk order/ private label/ custom projects "may not always" receive FREE shipping for domestic orders (ie, sprinkles, decorating molds, etc) and a shipping quote will be provided by your sales account representative. Additionally, per industry standard, any order over a HALF pallet then a freight/ shipping charge will be added to your order. Any order under HALF pallet as a general will include FREE shipping to the lower 48 states.

For international orders shipping/ freight is not included.

As a general rule, there can be a "2-5 week lead time" on all private label, wholesale and/ or bulk orders to properly set up shipping/ freight/ allow for QA time/ and fulfill the order. Please also note however, that lead times can be longer/ shorter depending on order size and seasonality. We are the leading manufacturer in the USA for confectionery product lines so our manufacturing, QA, production and fulfillment assembly lines can be become bottle necked when purchasing volumes are high, or if there is a shortage of raw materials in the open market which can cause additional lead times. 

There will be no price adjustments made to orders placed before/after the sale.
Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed
We cannot accommodate any changes to orders once they are placed - including size or address changes
We cannot combine orders for any reason, including reaching a higher discount tier

When we we run certain deals and promotions, it is common that a product can exist TWICE on our website. One with the standard and normal price, while the other "same" product is the sale price or "deal" price.

Additionally, you may find that a BOGO coupon code as an example doesn't work on one product, but does work on the other. For the same reason as described previously where it is common that a product can exist TWICE on our website. As a result, the original and/ or standard listing you may find won't work with a particular coupon code, like a BOGO discount code, but that same BOGO discount code WILL work with "deal listing" that is being advertised for certain Holidays or other promotional sales.

Q: WHAT IS THE RUSH FEE SERVICE?
A: The Rush Fee is an optional expedited processing service that allows your order to be prioritized in our production and/or packaging queue ahead of other scheduled orders. This ensures faster turnaround and shipping timelines for your order.

Q: WHEN DOES THE RUSH FEE GO INTO EFFECT?
A: Once you approve and pay for the Rush Fee, the expedited service is immediately applied to your order. Our production, scheduling, and packaging teams begin allocating labor and resources right away to meet your new delivery timeline.

Q: CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RUSH FEE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
A: No. Because Rush Fee orders are immediately prioritized and production resources are instantly allocated, all Rush Fee orders are final. Once approved and paid, no cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, or returns will be accepted.

Q: WHY ARE RUSH FEE ORDERS NON-REFUNDABLE?
A: When a Rush Fee is applied, other customer orders are moved out of the production schedule to accommodate your expedited request. This process incurs additional labor and resource costs that begin as soon as the Rush Fee is approved — making the sale final.

Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS?A: No. Due to the immediate nature of the service and the costs involved, there are no exceptions to this policy.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Shop Pay is valid for any product on our website. However, and this is a big "however", the "installment pay" feature is only available for orders of up to $1,000. Unless otherwise specified, orders above $1,000 must be paid in advance per our standard Terms & Conditions.

Using Shop Pay has no impact on the estimated ship date of your order.
