Bakell.com reserves the right to choose delivery type (parcel or freight), carrier, and service level of each shipment shipped via standard shipping. In the event of freight shipments, standard shipping includes curb-side delivery and lift gate service. If special considerations are required for curb-side delivery (ex: hard to reach areas such as Martha’s Vineyard or a rooftop condo, etc), these special considerations will be an additional fee and are not included in standard shipping. Our Simple Shipping Policy does not apply to items that require you to call for pricing, as these sometimes require special delivery considerations.
Private Label, Wholesale & Bulk Orders - All Sales Are Final
For ALL wholesale orders (ie, wholesale and/ or private label) whereas products are ordered by the case, the customer has 3 business days to cancel the order. After 3 business days, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made. After 3 business days, your order will have already moved into the scheduling & production queue thereby displacing other customer orders in the queue, labor hours have been put towards the order, production time and scheduling hours have already been put against the order - so canceling wholesale and/ or private label order products is no longer an option. No exceptions will be made.
When ordering wholesale and/ or private label by the case where the weight volume exceeds certain/ particular weight requirements, than freight shipping costs may apply and FREE shipping is null and void. Price includes FREE shipping/ freight costs up to 1 location per/ order in the USA For international orders shipping/ freight is not included. 2-3 week lead time on order to properly Q/A first order - future project timelines will be accelerated. During Holiday Season, the lead time will increase because of high demand.
