My name is Kathy, and I’m a self-taught home baker who loves to challenge myself and develop my baking skills. I’m a versatile baker and can bake pretty much anything from bread, to specialty cakes, to bon bons and everything in between. My goal is to create beautiful, edible art that tastes as good as it looks.

"In pursuit of this goal, I decided to take my baking skills to the next level by competing in the television baking competition series Great Chocolate Showdown, which aired on Food Network Canada in early spring 2020. Baking is my true passion, and I pride myself on showing my love and caring for others through the bakes I make for them."
