HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our "rush service" options only apply only to BULK or WHOLESALE orders and must be pre-approved by your sales representative.

If you have an order that needs to be rushed, we have two types of “rushed production fees” that will allow orders to be serviced faster as well as allow for an order to be expedited to the front of the production queues. Once approved and paid for, we will bump up the order in the production and scheduling timeline to prep for shipment to either a "3-5 day" production window for $95, and/ or a "7-10 day" production window for $65. This production RUSH FEE would only impacts the production timeline, not the shipping speed, method or timeline. So if a rushed shipping method is also required and currently your order is opted for the standard FREE GROUND SHIPPING (ie, USPS ground shipping), then you will need to upgrade your shipping to the appropriate shipping carrier and pay for the appropriate expedited shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a RUSH FEE is approved by the customer and applied to their order - the sale & order are final as resources are immediately applied to the order. No refunds, partial refunds or returns on the order will be accepted. 

- $95 Rush Fee, 3-5 day production lead-time (weekends not included)

- $65 Rush Fee, 7-10 day production lead time (weekends not included)

Rush Fee Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and/or approving a Rush Fee service, you acknowledge and agree that the Rush Fee is a non-refundable service charge applied to expedite the processing, scheduling, and production of your order.

Once a Rush Fee is approved and paid, your order is immediately prioritized in our production and/or packaging queue. This means other customer orders are displaced to accommodate your expedited request, and additional labor, resources, and scheduling costs are immediately allocated.

Because this expedited service begins at the time of approval and payment, all Rush Fee orders are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or returns will be accepted once a Rush Fee has been applied to an order. No exceptions.
