Kathy is a self-taught home baker who loves to challenge herself and develop her baking skills. Kathy competed as one of 10 bakers in the television baking competition series Great Chocolate Showdown, which aired on Food Network Canada in early spring 2020. Baking to show her love and caring for others is Kathy’s passion and she puts her heart on a plate with every bake. Whether it’s bread, specialty cakes, chocolate bon bons, or everything in between, Kathy loves baking and it shows
