YES! All of our edible glitters & dusts are made and packaged in our Southern California facilities. Our facilities are FDA registered, audited by CA State, and routinely inspected by County Health Department officials. The first step to becoming an authorized reseller, is to first fill out our amazon reseller application, click here.
After applying to become an approved reseller, you will then need to sign our "Amazon-Bakell Reseller Agreement" BEFORE you are able to officially start reselling our products on Amazon. This is for your protection, Amazon's and ours. We take the process of selling our brands and products on Amazon very seriously. If terms and conditions are not adhered to and/ or met legal action will be taken by Amazon and by us.
The Bakell® brand and its subsidiary brands are registered trademarked brands with the USTPO (United States Trademark and Patent Office) and with the AMAZON brand registration department. As a result of the seriousness and thoroughness we take allowing companies/ partners to resell our products makes for an incredibly lucrative and amazing partnership for all authorized Bakell® Amazon reseller partners. This is a great question! And the answer is yes, you must adhere to the MAP policy (ie, minimum advertised price policy).
You can always sell the product(s) for more than the MAP pricing agreement, many sellers often do, to further improve their margins - however you cannot sell our products below the MAP pricing matrix. To see the MAP policy for our Amazon Reseller eligible products, click here

Once you are approved to "resell" our BAKELL brand products on Amazon, there is no need to upload any marketing images as Amazon controls what the viewer see's and doesn't see based on the MANUFACTUERE'S BRAND LISTING, which in this case, is us :)

The melting point of our edible Dusts & Glitters is approx. 1300°C according to one of our third party labs. However, the melting point for the colored pigments will vary from one colorant to the next, this melting point approximation is meant only for our MICA PEARLESCENT additive.
YES! Our edible products are Kosher Certified by the VAAD of Northern California, Sunrise Kosher (www.sunrisekosher.org). Kosher Certification is the stamp of kosher approval by a rabbinic Agency verifying they have checked the products ingredients, production facility and actual production to ensure all ingredients, derivatives, tools and machinery have no trace of non kosher substances. All of our edible food-grade dusts & glitters contain various mica powder pigments and go through a specific manufacturing process allowing the mineral to be edible & consumable. Ingredients found in our edible glitter & dust brands include dextrose, rice starch and color additives specifically approved for food use, including mica-based pearlescent pigments and FD&C colors such as FD&C Blue No. 1.

This is one of those instances where looks can be deceiving. Each and every jar of our dust and/or glitter is filled by weight as opposed to volume. Whereas our product is manufactured using various amounts of edible pigments, the lighter colors such as white and clear are packed tighter than some of the deeper colors such as Gold and Silver so while it may appear to the human eye that certain jars contain less product, in reality, the weight is exactly the same in every jar. Simply put. some powders are more fluffy than others but rest assured, you're still getting the same amount of product.
